An important milestone

Trainees of MD ELEKTRONIK honored at graduation ceremony

At beginning of March, four MD trainees celebrated their successfully completed apprenticeship at the company headquarters in Waldkraiburg (Germany). Walter Bichlmaier, CEO Sales & Administration, congratulated the young professionals warmly during the graduation ceremony: "We at MD are always very proud, when our trainees receive their graduation certificates. All graduates have gained important competencies and skills. These well trained junior employees can look forward to a promising future."

(industrial-technical trainees), celebrated their apprenticeship completion. "The excellent graduation certificates show the trainees' commitment and their willingness to learn and perform during their training period. All graduates can be very proud of their achieved results", congratulated Dieter Rödig, Director Human Resources.

As well as an award and gift, the Waldkraiburg automotive supplier offered all four trainees a permanent contract. "We consciously rely on our junior staff. Therefore we support the substantiated training of qualified employees in our company", stated Robert Hofmann, CEO Development & Logistics. "During their apprenticeship, our trainees developed their professional and personal competencies. We warmly congratulate all graduates for successfully passing their final exams. With the successfully finished apprenticeship, they have achieved an important milestone in their professional career."

MD ELEKTRONIK offers apprenticeships in the following professional fields: Electronics technicians for automation technology, industrial clerks, industrial mechanics and technical product designers for product design and engineering. For graduates with the German (Fach-)Abitur, MD also offers combined study programs in the fields of "Plastics Technology" and "Mechatronics" in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences, Rosenheim.
