Optical analysis and measurement technology

In the field of optical analysis, components are analysed on the basis of imaging methods such as microscopy and X-ray computed tomography. Fast motion sequences are captured using high-speed cameras.

The dimensions of components are recorded with precision measuring systems. Hidden dimensions are identified by means of computed tomography and surface roughness is  determined using optical methods.
