Young professionals celebrate their successfully completed apprenticeship

Trainees of MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH start their professional career after having successfully completed their apprenticeship

 

Last week, Nicole Reichenauer and Melissa Wood celebrated their successfully completed apprenticeship at MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH. Besides an award and a bonus, the graduates were also happy to be offered a permanent contract at the automotive supplier in Waldkraiburg.

Ralf Eckert, member of the management board of MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH, congratulated the young professionals in the course of the official graduation ceremony: “Melissa, who was additionally honored with a state award for her excellent achievements, and Nicole, both developed their professional and personal competencies and skills during their apprenticeship. They are well prepared for the challenges of their professional career. I am very glad that they are going to contribute their qualifications to our company´s success in the future.”

“As a local economic partner, we at MD ELEKTRONIK focus clearly on a substantiated training of young professionals”, emphasized Florian Frey, Director Human Resources. “Therefore, we are very pleased that both graduates completed their apprenticeship with great commitment and dedication. They can be very proud of their achieved results.”

MD ELEKTRONIK has always given high priority to offering its trainees a permanent contract, added Ralf Eckert: “We have been able to employ most of our young professionals after their successfully finished apprenticeship and would like to provide a long-term career perspective also for our current and future trainees.”

MD ELEKTRONIK offers apprenticeships in the following commercial and technical professional fields: Electronics technicians for automation technology, IT specialists in system integration, industrial clerks, industrial mechanics and technical product designers.

In cooperation with the Landshut University of Applied Sciences and the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences, MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH also offers combined study programs in different fields for graduates with the German (Fach-)Abitur.
