Junior employees celebrate their training completion

Former trainees start their professional career after successfully completing their apprenticeship

Last week, Melanie Deitche and Patrick Grimmeisen celebrated their successfully completed apprenticeship at MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH. Besides the honor and awards, the Waldkraiburg automotive supplier offered both graduates a permanent contract.

Ralf Eckert, member of the management board at MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH, congratulated the young professionals in the framework of the graduation ceremony: “During their apprenticeship, Melanie and Patrick have developed both professionally and personally. Now, they are well prepared for the challenges of a professional career and I am happy that they will continue to contribute to the success of our company in the future.”

“As a regional economic partner, we at MD put great emphasis on providing substantiated apprenticeships to young people in our company”, stated Dieter Rödig, Director Human Resources. “Therefore, we are very happy that both graduates have completed their apprenticeship so successfully and with such commitment and dedication. They can be very proud of their results.”

MD ELEKTRONIK offers apprenticeships in the following commercial and technical fields: Electronics technicians for automation technology, IT specialists in system integration, industrial clerks, industrial mechanics and technical product designers.

For graduates with the German (Fach-)Abitur, MD also offers combined study programs in the fields of "Automotive Industrial Engineering”, "Mechatronics” and “Business Information Systems” in cooperation with the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences and the Landshut University of Applied Sciences. (Additionally, further study programs are possible).
